Terms

What Wheelyard is
Wheelyard is a listing service. It shows bikes that participating Australian bike shops say are on their floor, and lets you tell a shop you would like to reserve one. Wheelyard does not sell bikes, does not hold stock, and does not take payment.
Reservations
A reservation is a message to the shop that you intend to come in. It is not a contract of sale and does not guarantee the bike is available. The shop confirms or passes. If you do not hear back within the shop's stated window, you may reserve with another shop.
Prices
Each shop sets its own price. The price shown is the shop's price at the time it last updated its listing. The sale, the price you pay, any warranty and any returns are between you and the shop, under Australian Consumer Law.
Listings
Shops are responsible for the accuracy of what they list. Wheelyard hides any listing a shop has not confirmed in seven days. Geometry, sizing and RRP shown are as published by the maker.
Your account
Shops join by invitation and are responsible for keeping their login private. Riders do not need an account.
Liability
Wheelyard provides the service as is and is not liable for a shop's stock, prices, conduct, or for a bike's fitness for any purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
