You choose the bike. The shop confirms it is there. You go and get it.

For riders

1. Find the bike. Every bike shows which shops have it, what each charges, and whether that is above or below the maker's RRP.
2. Reserve it. Pick a size and a shop, and leave your name and mobile number. That tells the shop you are coming. Nothing is charged.
3. The shop confirms. Someone in the shop checks the bike is on the floor and answers within the window they have set, usually a couple of hours during trading. If they pass, you pick the next shop that has it.
4. Collect it and pay the shop. You pay the shop directly, at their price. We never hold your money.

For bike shops

Tick what is on your floor, set your own prices, and riders see your shop by name. Invitation only, flat monthly fee, nothing on the bikes you sell. More for shops.
